Format
The essentials
The full rulebook covers everything from format, scoring, appeals and more.
- Teams of 6 — three male, three female — representing one home gym
- Trial Season 2026 (Sept – Oct) is limited to 8 gyms in the Home Counties
- Season 1 – 7 month season running April – October 2027
- 1.5 hour Saturday fixtures – half at your home gym, half away
- 3 workouts per fixture, scored for league points
- Fair divisions, ranked by submitted workout scores
- Workouts programmed by industry experts — no host-gym advantage

Gyms affiliate. Athletes form teams of 6 and select their home gym for gym owner approval.

pay fees & await division allocation
Captains collect and pay team fees. The Box League allocates your team to a division.

compete in fixtures
1.5-hour fixtures, three workouts each, home and away. Every workout earns league points.
